The staff were always available to assist me, and the hotel had facilities such as elevators and handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I would have preferred if the children working there could provide more assistance and information tailored specifically for senior guests.

The housekeeper, Sasha, was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and fresh towels. the apartment provided all the conveniences we needed for a relaxing stay in nature.

The only downside we found was the narrow and steep staircase between the floors. It was a bit frightening, especially when we needed to go to the bathroom at night.

The bathroom had a washing machine and supplied all the necessary washing gels and powders. We also appreciated the sufficient number of towels and the daily cleaning of the bins. The internet connection was reliable, and it's worth mentioning that there was a small shop within a 5-minute walk and a larger one just 5 minutes away by car. The location of the apartment was also fantastic, with a beautiful lake only a 15-minute walk away and charming natural surroundings that made our stay even more enjoyable.
